Ok, full disclaimer: I am not actually wearing my pjs to a dinner party. Don't get me wrong, I would love to snuggle-up on a cozy couch in a friend's apartment in a flannel set while eat a scrumptious homemade meal. However, this title isn't so far off from the truth. I've spoken about wearing pajamas to work before, so why not to your next party?
While shopping uptown, I came across this insanely glamorous look from Sachin & Babi. This heavy knit is ideal for a cozy night on the town either to a friend's place for a delicious meal Postmated from Red Farm or a get-together at Marc Forgione. I couldn't help but love the heavy, jewel ornamentation and balloon sleeve. Beyond the fact I have a huge weak spot for anything sparkly, the soft, ivory sweater was too comfy too pass up!
There is really nothing better than feeling your most comfortable and most beautiful all at the same time. These striped silk pants were calling my name once I spotted them on the rack. Stripes are my go-to, and when I saw they were adorned with sequin applique I immediately fell in love.
