WHAT TO WEAR TO THE NEW YORK CITY OPERA


Ok, in all honesty, I rarely attend the opera. I've been a few times, and each time I am always taken aback by the glamour of it. Everyone looks absolutely divine in their beautiful satin Manolos, quilted Chanels and fabulous outfits. Plus, you can't forget the stunning room at the Metropolitan Opera House. It is quite a sight to be seen. The first time I went to the Opera, T and I were novices and I was completely lost when it came to dressing for the event. I chose to wear a full lace skirt with a white, button down. It was a good first-time outfit, but compared to the fabulous frocks around me, I paled in comparison. This Fall, in preparation for a potential Opera attendance I found this stunning Sachin & Babi dress with the prettiest polka dot print. I loved the maxi length and low, deep V silhouette. This will be a knockout for an upcoming show and I will feel perfectly dressed for a night at Lincoln Center.
