WHAT TO WEAR TO BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN ON BROADWAY

This past holiday my husband gifted me with tickets to Springsteen on Broadway. A gift I've wanted since Bruce first announced he would be performing on a famed Broadway stage in New York City. I was so excited when I opened the tickets and immediately began brainstorming my attire for this very coveted New York event.

I've covered "What to Wear to a Broadway Show" in the past, but Springsteen is a special case. This performance is one of the most coveted tickets to score this season. Jennifer Lopez was spotted in the crowd only a few weeks back, and if J.Lo could be there, think who else could be there!? I needed to be armed and ready in my most fashionable, yet understated look.

Being it is absolutely frigid in NYC I knew I needed to wear something to keep me warm. I continually gravitate towards anything super cozy and fuzzy, which was why this H&M coat was ideal for the occasion. I also looked at this style, but chose the neutral color in favor a more "realistic" color.

This Zimmermann dress is actually from this past summer, but I will literally find any way to wear it to almost every occasion. Among all the brands I love, Zimmermann is a top contender and everything I buy from the line is almost viewed as an "investment" piece.

The long sleeve, silk style paired perfectly with my Stuart Weitzman OTK taupe boots. Over-the-knee boots are ideal for the colder temperatures. The heavy suede act as an extra layer of fabric over your legs. They are by far my most fashionable winter accessory this season.

I finished off the look in these Rebecca de Ravenel bon bon earrings. I scored these from the Moda Operandi sale and can't wait to wear them all Spring and Summer long. I love the pop of pink and plan to wear these on future Caribbean vacations and springtime soirees.
