Decked out in nautical interiors with yellow and white striped sails, this spot will easily get you into the summertime mood. Docked at Pier 25 at the southwest edge of the Hudson River Park, this boat bar offers lots of libations to keep you very happy during your happy hour. You can also enjoy a lobster roll or oysters alongside your glass of rosé. Maybe because this is my neighborhood joint or perhaps because it is on a boat, I always return to this hot-spot with friends to watch the sunset and enjoy my favorite drink aptly titled Island Time.
