Nothing surprises me in New York. So when I heard snow was coming on the first day of Spring I just gave a shrug. Of course I have been looking forward to the warmer temps for months. I have already started to crave gladiator sandals, silk camis and midi dresses. For now those thoughts will be put in the back of my mind, because we still have one more snowy day to fight off. The weekend freeze prepared us for the wintry mix headed our way, so I had to think smart in terms of getting dressed. With Spring already here, my patience is wearing thin on my warm weather wardrobe. With that being said, I decided to pair a ribbed tank with my patent boots and a shearling jacket for a cozy, yet chic look.
I felt like I was really channeling that whole Monica Rose monochromatic style that has been rocking the pages of Vogue from Kendall and Gigi. (I mean I can dream, right?)
