Skincare essentials during travel are pivotal. You must continue with your normal beauty routine no matter where your travels may lead you. I stay true to my skincare during all vacations, but taking your creams, serums, toners, cleansers, SPF, day cream, night cream, perfume, eye gels, etc can add up to the weight of your whole suitcase. I learned this the hard way, so I found an easier way: samples. Those little packets you get at Sephora when you buy a perfume, or the kit with a ton of small containers you receive after spending $30 at the Clinique counter, yes, those samples. These are the perfect size and weight when traveling. Even better, you toss as you go, leaving more room for your impulse purchases at the gift shop.
I don't know how many people do this, but I think it is genius. The next time you think of tossing those random eye creams from Estee Lauder, just don't. Save them for future trips and I promise you will thank me. See below for all my sample goodies I have accumulated over the past months!
A perfect grouping of products! Estee Lauder cream, Lancôme eye cream and a Lancôme mascara.
Perfumes compliment of a Bloomingdales skincare purchase from last month:)
Goodies from a recent Glossy Box. These will be great for cleansing and toning.
All those great packets I have received in the mail from online purchases! Kiehls, La Prairie ,Clarins and Laura Mercier! Looking forward for a trial run on these!
